Moisturizer every morning, lunch, dinner and night time. Apply a thin transparent layer evenly on your face and neck. Your skin will get used to the moisturizer and will stop producing its own oils from beneath under the skin. Germs will have no longer be able to infect from within and instead there will be shallow infections if there are any at all.

Almost any day moisture will be effective. I avoid the nightly moisturizer because it is an weak exfoliant and I am not sure it does anything.

Facial scrub every other night. Scrub gently. This will remove dead skin cells. All the white flakes on your skin will disappear and new skin will be born.

Remember to never touch your face with your fingers or anything else. Fingers are filled with germs and they causes acne quickly.

Plain tap water is also terrible for your face as it dries the skin out and puts a layer of dirty germs on your face. Use moisturizer or avoid washing and let your natural skin oils stay. I wash using these face sponges to avoid scraping my skin.

In special cases there are some acne pimples that will stay on your face for months and just have to be popped. In those cases always use professional tools. Popping them without the right tools makes the problem worse especially using your fingers. These tools can be bought from Amazon. Make sure to checkout a professional video before popping them.

There are many brands to chose from and many types of skin. I recommend to experiment with the cheapest ones since this is a lifelong everyday routine and it should not cost you a fortune.

This is the minimal treatment necessary to get natural beauty for men. Effects should be visible after just one week. Note that if you stop the treatment suddenly the skin will become very dry and acne will show as a result of that. Your skin needs to stay oily and moisture always.
